I always make it a point to visit the Flagship Lounge whenever I travel internationally, whether I'm arriving or departing. It has become my go-to spot, and for good reason! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind for a few hours, whether I’m with family or traveling solo. The food options are impressive, catering to a variety of tastes. Whether you're in the mood for a healthy meal or something a bit more indulgent, you’ll find plenty to choose from. I particularly appreciate the range of drink options available, ensuring that everyone can find something they enjoy. During my stays, which typically last between 2 to 5 hours, I've found it to be a great environment for getting work done. The lounge is quiet, allowing for focused productivity. Additionally, if you're looking to catch some rest before your flight, the Flagship Lounge provides comfortable spaces for that too. Overall, I truly enjoy my experiences at the Flagship Lounge and highly recommend it to anyone traveling internationally. It’s a fantastic place to relax, work, or simply enjoy some good food before your journey!

The lounge is nice. The best feature is you are not piled up on the person next to you, one reason to use the lounge is to get out of the sardine can of the terminal. This lounge is better than many on the use of space. The food was pretty good. Not as many food choices as a competitor in the same market. Staff was often slow to clean vacant seating was the reason for lower marks.

Food was the same throughout the whole day . Very spacious lounge but hopefully they can have more area to lay down and rest. There were only 4 lay down lounge chairs which is not enough. It got really crowded between 2 pm to 6 pm. However the lounge is very clean and staffs will come by often to pick up the finished dishes and utensils. Good job on that! Nice that they also have showers.

One of the nicer airline clubs, the AA Fagship club is modern, clean, well staffed, and has many amenities for the traveler. Bathrooms are well maintained intained and there several showers available as well. Private areas, work areas, and myriad general seating. The food offering is upscale and the avocado toast station is a nice touch.

While the food was excellent, I loved the lemon soup, the salmon and the chocolate mouse cake. I find the service, well serviceable. Other top lounges have a much more engaged staff. The decore? I find the lighting harsh and the design antiseptic, I feel like I am at the doctor's office. The seats are comfortable and the food excellent. I expect more from a 1st class lounge overall.

One of the nicest lounges I've visited. Not cramped, lovely for selection, including fresh sushi, opera cake, strawberry romanoff, and free pour Bollinger. Really nice quiet lounger chair area, if you want to relax and possibly snooze.

You can find a nice quiet nook to relax or work or stay out in the open and watch the planes on the tarmac. Food is normally very good, bar is stacked. The AA employees in the lounge are very attentive. Emilio makes wonderful mixed drinks.
