This airline is AWFUL. They broke my gorgeous luggage and have ZERO onsite solutions because they’re hoping to tie me up with inconveniences so they won’t have to take responsibility for their carelessness. I can’t remember the last time I had a GOOD experience with this airline. Delays. Charges for seats you don’t even get. Changes in your itinerary without contacting you. Friends that get stranded for > 24 hours in the airport. And their onsite customer service never has authority to do ANYTHING to make your situation better.

I just spent 750 on a flight and it got delayed and all my vacation plans went to trash. I've been trying to contact someone about compensation. They constantly give you the run around. What do I have to do to make you responsible for not holding up your end. I paid, paid extra insurance, paid extra to get a window seat in all six flights. That didn't happen. I was given a middle seat on a 4 hour flight and was between two 400lb men.

Worst run company I've ever dealt with. Nobody to help you or even get an answer. The guy in baggage service threatened to walk away if my wife or I yelled at him. Great customer service . I'd fire this clown in a heartbeat. The entire trip. employees like this were left holding the bag. Not a manager in site the entire trip. The baggage guy said the station manager left the day before. Great job American.......you now have the top spot for lousy airlines.

Government purchased flights are just that. Fortunately, boarding gate agent upgraded my seat for more comfort. Pays to serve in the military! Thanks for the upgrade AA!
