I'd like to say, Steve Brown not only did his job excellently but exceptionally well. He recalled wheelchairing me from my plane 5 days earlier and every bit of the conversation we had. In this day and age most folks only feign interest or attention but Steve exemplified true customer service. I hope he gets recognized by management for this contribution it's truly rate these days. Keep up the great work.

American Airlines is the absolute worst for consistent delays and for not communicating with their passengers about delays. They should really work to figure this out.

The baggage desk almost sent my checked in bag on the wrong flight. My baggage was then never loaded onto the plane and I canโt get any updates on when my delayed bag will be delivered.

This 5 star is for Alecia Clark at Atlanta's ticketing desk. My trip to Miami was great; however, my return flight was canceled due to the storm. I was given the run a round to retrieve my bags and sort out our flight cancellations.. Airline personnel were very nasty and uncooperative. Alecia was the ONLY person who was very polite and helpful throughout this entire process. She made our stressful situation lighter by providing great information and assistance. It's times like this where one's true character is revealed...awesome job!
