    Worst place ive ever been for customer service. Wasnt suprised to see low stars here. Not once but twice on seperate trips. This customer service desk has changed my mind on American Airlines all together. Firdt trip months ago they sent me to houston hobby but sent my luggage to george bush after a person at this location promised me it was 100% going to hobby. This most recent flight kept getting pushed due to weather. I was then delayed 13 hours here till the next day for a flight to Florida. Had to sleep in the airport. I could of drivin there in less time. Still not the biggest issue. I get it sometimes there delays. HOWEVER! THE WOMAN PICTURED was very short,snappy,rude, and dismissive as i was asking questions to insure my flight and luggage. When asked what her name was she REFUSED to tell me or show her name tag. She said her name was lady that answered all the questions she was going to.When i asked to speak to a supervisor she said "Dey Aint One". Then clocked out and left the counter. I can easily see how passengers go viral for losing their patience with airline service like this. Shameful. Looks like I'll be flying Delta or anything else after this. If you hate your job go get a different job.

    Terrible check In experience with Mandy today. Seems like the AA team here gets lots of bad reviews. Don’t know how people in customer service roles can be so rude and entitled when they are dealing with people who are throwing down hundreds to thousands of dollars on flights. As someone else said in another comment I would rethink flying American from this airport.

    This is the second time I take an AA flight from Europe with stop/connection at DFW where the luggage takes over 1.5hrs, hence not allowing enough time to catch the connecting flight. Our plane landed at 7:20pm (ahead of schedule) but we didn’t get our luggage until 9:15pm!! It was SO CHAOTIC! It took almost 40min to drop off the luggage again for the connecting flight, pass security, and take the tram to the gate. Needless to say to say I missed my connecting flight. The line at the American Airlines customer service is RIDICULOUS each time, shows how many tickets they sell without enough time for connecting flights! Just like last time, the wait was over an hour long. It was past 11:30pm when I got to the counter, the lady did book me for a flight next day and gave me a $12 food voucher for the airport. But she told me she couldn’t give me a hotel voucher because my flight from Europe (bought through AA) was on a different company. SAY WHAAAAT?! Perhaps because it was almost midnight and she saw the desperation on my face, she gave me a voucher for a motel-type of room 30min away from the airport! I looked it up and it looked horrible, it was $40/night, and it showed. Awful! I ended up booking my own room at a hotel 10min from the airport. Not impressed with AA journeys or their customer service.

    What a team of glowing sunshine 🙄. I felt like Ben Stiller in “Meet the Parents” with the amount of sensibility here. 3 attendants open, person in from of me walks away, I walk up, “Sir, stand behind the line until someone calls you” 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️. 5:20am……no one around. So I walk back and stand there while all 3 of them stare at me. I wait probably 30 seconds, then they call me up. You can’t make this ridiculousness up.

    Wouldn't recommend flying with AA from this airport. Poor management caused a mix-up with gates and switched my flight from gate B31 to B45 last minute, with such short notice I as well as about 4-5 other passengers missed the flight and my trip was nearly ruined since it was time sensitive. This was a kind of severe inconvenience that I have never experienced with any other airline, since I usually fly southwest or delta.

    Still shaken from a dramatic confrontation with a luggage agent who insisted we pay a double bag fee. He cited a 16hr between flight rule which didn't add up. When asked to show us the hours calculation he got upset. When we asked to talk to supervisor he said he would make sure we would have to wait too long so we would miss our flight. In the end, we were coerced to pay the additional $35 or he would make sure we'd miss our flight. There are bad experiences, but this felt threatening and unsafe. I will plan to avoid American at all costs from now on.
