Love the North terminal but the wheelchair service from American Airlines (Prospect) is not good. 5 people pushed 9 wheelchairs, (all were reserved with their reservations), IS SAD! On top of that, they made us wait an additional 1/2 hr for everyone who needed a wheelchair. This was at Dallas and in Detroit. To make matters worse, the help in Dallas seemed irritated because I tipped him $3. He kept pushing one to come get the other, I was TSA pre check ✔️ and the other wasn't so I definitely was tipping him to wait. I usually cash out $20 to show appreciation but their lack and quality of service did not warrant it. GET IT TOGETHER PROSPECT and American Airlines.

Very quiet place of course. Went to pick up my pet. They told us it takes time and it did. They were gentle in bringing her in and did so quickly!! Thank you
