Absolutely the most dysfunctional airline experience that I've ever experienced. Logan Airport and it's cargo booking are to be avoided. Once again, Delta wins out. This is a company that has no problem making their communication shortcomings your problem and to feel that you the customer, you is at fault.

We had a dog shipped from Texas. When she came to us, she was happy and healthy. She was completely clean and everything. The people that were so polite and pleasant. They also helped us get her into her vehicle with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very nice. The staff was helpful and very kind. I came to pick up my Barbie box I live 2hours 30 away and my car was too small to get it. All of the staff came together to help me out. They tied the Barbie box on top of my car and I made it home safely. They gave me advices and we're all really helpful. Thank you so much to all of you for saving me a second trip and for being so kind and helpful.

First time ever shipping a puppy so I was very stressed, but it was made easy for us. The tracking information was very helpful online. Staff at the facility was friendly and courteous, and thank you so much to the gentlemen who refilled our puppy's water dish after he landed. Above and beyond service. Our puppy is happy and healthy. Information on the cargo website very informative and helped us prepare. If only Logan airport's website was just as helpful.

Do not use! Tried shipping a pet and they wanted to change crates to a poor quality and less safe version... tried charging me twice as much as quoted and took three hours to find out that we would not use their services. Their management is slow and unreliable, dishonest and dirty. Worse yet, they have no phone customer service and lie straight to your face.
