Employee are not kind here. They do not care about client at all. When you are here it seems that you are asking for favor instead of a service that you already payed. I was lost completely, ask an employee for help and he just start to fight verbally with me just because I told him to be more proactive since he saw me struggling with my dog and a big kennel and I don't know where to go and he realized and even so did not tell me where to go I just figured out by myself. I spent more than 8 hours to send my dog despite been there on time just because a date was missing in one of my dog papers. Thanks God that was fixed and was able to send my dog. MY GOSH WHAT A SERVICE THEY HAVE. BAD, BAD, BAD. I don't give zero star because I have to give at least one star to put my comment. I advice not to use their service if you want to avoid headache.

I am not sure if this review is supposed to go in here, it's unclear if I am speaking about American Airlines the flight experience here or not. But will put here unless a representative says it should go somewhere else. I just literally traveled around the world and this was the worse Airline and flight I had out of all my flights. I don't want to bash everything, so I will just say and I think I speak for everyone in coach on this particular flight, we were really forgotten about and it was so dirty back there and all the staff seemed more annoyed by everyone than enjoyed us flying with them.

We are very disappointed with American Airlines. My elderly mother-in-law, traveling alone in business class, has been stranded in New York for over 12 hours now due to multiple flight cancellations caused by air traffic congestion. Despite requiring wheelchair assistance, she has received no hotel accommodation, no proper support, and no priority rebooking to Toronto. This treatment is unacceptable, especially for a senior passenger with mobility needs. We urgently request American Airlines to provide immediate assistance, including wheelchair support, hotel stay, and rebooking on the next available flight. Please address this issue promptly and help our family.
