Just dropped off a pup being sent home to her family in Boston. Everyone there was nice, efficient, helpful, and very reassuring. This was our first time using cargo services so we were really nervous. But the employees were awesome and took care of us right away. Thank y'all so much.

American Airlines Cargo, took exceptional care of our Goldendoodle as we shipped him from Pennsylvania to Texas. The most frustrating part in all of it was all of the amount of paperwork, special veterinarian to get the paperwork signed off on, documentation and the cost.… It was just overwhelming and after we paid for the service and shipped our dog, we later learned that another airline which we researched by the way doesn’t have half the rules that American Airlines has. Again we’re going to rate the service a 5 however if we ever have to ship our dog again, we will probably go with another airline whose rules are as stressful or just drive! Moving across the country is stressful enough and we were looking for some relief somewhere.
