This cargo place is not the best. I have been a funeral director for over 35 years and this is by far one of the worst. The staff up front were great and very professional and efficient, but the dock staff allowed people to park on the dock and take up very valuable time from myself and the family I was serving. We had to delay things because I had to wait over 35 minutes while some truck parked on the ramp prior to getting hod paperwork processed and then proceeded to talk to staff and other truckers that were getting loaded. They need to learn to prioritize better.

If I can give minus -10. I will do it. This place is a disgrace. They do what ever they want even though we PAY FOR this so call “service”. They make me loose so much money that is not even a joke. The time our drivers have to spent here, the lack of organization, the amount of careless This people should be out of bussines. You are the worst of the worst in all cargo service

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Cargo Refusal on July 30 Dear American Airlines Cargo Team, On July 22, I booked cargo space for my dog on the same flight as mine, following the same procedure I had successfully used two months ago. (AWB: 001 - 12264630) At that time, I traveled with American Airlines on the same route—Miami to Los Angeles and back—with the same dog, documentation, and carrier, without any issues. However, on July 30, a manager at your cargo facility refused to accept my dog for transport, claiming that the carrier did not meet your airline’s requirements (Location: 6150 NW 17th St #714, Miami, FL 33126) This was both unexpected and confusing, as the exact same carrier had previously been approved for the same route. As a result of this refusal, I was unable to proceed with my travel plans and had to miss my reservation. Furthermore, when I attempted to obtain the manager’s full name to report the issue, she declined to provide it. She only verbally identified herself as “Vinicia” and was located at your cargo facility. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that I receive clarification regarding your carrier policy, as well as appropriate follow-up regarding the conduct of your staff. I also request compensation or reimbursement for the disruption and inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Like other people comments below you need to have LOTS OF PATIENTS we always come earlier then 5am to be the first one’s to book right away so they don’t complaint that we miss our flight. THEY NEVER open the door on time and they sit in their desk and just look at you through the glass window like if the door opens automatically. Will prefer better Delta airlines quicker and more affordable price then here. Only reason coming is that it’s the only open airline to ship

It is the most disastrous cargo company in Miami that exists in the United States, its workers hide behind the Union to avoid working, you can wait for hours to unload merchandise and you can see them on social media without paying the slightest attention to the fact that someone is waiting for them to finish their work. Today 07/03/2025 the manager who did not want to give her name to file the complaint lied saying that 2 trucks had left the place and returned later to not unload them ... the truck is equipped with GPS so her absurd lie can be proven, she also did not want to check the cameras to verify. But I know that nothing will happen, the Union will intercede again and everything will remain the same.
