One of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever experienced. It has incredibly slow people that care very little about the customers. I do wish Delta would start doing live cargo again. If you can use someone else.

About 10mn for each pallet. Unloading. first time ever to happen to me. Usually it's 123. I Guess this worker values, listening to music . Than actually unloading.

Horrible!!!! Unless you have a tiny dog, don’t waste your time. My initial day travel day was Friday, and unfortunately I did not have the acclimation letter, and according to them the kennel was not big enough. Great, I went to take care of the things needed with the vet and got the largest kennel that they accept. Went back today, Tuesday and the same lady told me no, because my dog was too tall and long? She’s a border collie for crying out loud. Furthermore, on Friday they allowed a golden doodle which is clearly bigger than my dog in the same size kennel I had today. I guess it’s based on luck and and race if I’m being totally honest.

I had a wonderful experience here on 12/10/2024. Teneka Billings an employee there helped me get cargo on a scheduled flight in crunch time. As promised, she quickly processed the cargo for departure because there were no other scheduled flights that day. Every time I go to this facility, she is the first to help customers with their cargo. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She gives American Airlines a good reputation of customer service. I highly recommend her if you need help having your cargo processed for departure. .
