BEWARE**** WHAT A NIGHTMARE. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES CARGO DEPARTMENT. IT TOOK ME FIVE DIFFERENT WOMEN TO GET TO SERGIO (SUPPOSED SUPERVISOR) EACH ONE OF THEM DROPPED ME AS A COLD TRANSFER TO THE NEXT REPRESENTATIVE. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THE VRU SAID I COULD LEAVE A REVIEW, HE HUNG UP. HOURS OF MY TIME DOWN THE DRAIN. I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD.

It is first time I saw airport unloading fast like this. They start unloading at 4 am Nice stuff

Warehouse staff are older, not kids. They take pride in their work. Even when they're busy, they get you loaded quickly. ( You might have to wake them up, though.)
