Horrible customer service for animals, one hours twenty minutes drop off dog;););)! So sad😔😢

Excellent Experience, 05/05/2024 Early morning 4:30 am dropped off my dog Bernie to be shipped internationally by American Airlines PetEmbark service. The whole process was handled by the office Zuvair and the warehouse Ila in a friendly and professional way. In and out in 30 minutes. They made what it can be a stressful experience a pleasant one. Thanks a lot guys! Keep up the good work! Great service

I came here to pick up my animal whom had flown across county. Their were obvious kinks in their system but the staff was very friendly and helped me through the process as best they could. They need a solid office manager and things would run MUCH smoother, but the staff was very reasonable. Little things like they only had 1 scanner to finish processing her through the system, but it was malfunctioning. And i came in 1/2 an hour early to see if she was ready, but when I came back she still was not ready for pick up, despite several people in the office knowing I was anxiously awaiting her. My animal was not harmed or distraught as far as I can see after her flight and the staff I did see handle her kennel were very careful.

What can I say about this place! It’s a hot mess when picking loads. First off, some of the staff members are rude, some just don’t seem to care to know what you’re there for. It’s everyone to themselves. You’ll be waiting for hours for your load, staff in the warehouse don’t seem helpful at all. Might as well sit in your truck and wait cause don’t don’t seem to care that your here to pick up a load. Staff worker walking around the warehouse and on forklifts ignoring you. I just hope they work out a better system with people and companies deliveries. Very disappointed with this place.

Excellent service!! My dog was happy and well cared for and very healthy. Everyone made our experience fantastic.
