Super simple. Airline was late getting out of Dallas. Had to rush to gate in Charlotte. They delayed my bag. Sent me an email saying they would bring to hotel. Never showed up. Called them and they said I would have to go back to the airport. Ruined a perfectly good trip. Will not fly with them anymore.

Carla was great. She went out of her way to help me with my live animal reservation due to problems associated with a delayed flight. Excellent customer service!!

Had my dog delivered waited more than an hour after the Flight. Cannot find any of the paperwork that came with him. I been calling the office that I got him from at Washington National and the phone is busy. I did not want to make the 45 min ride if they don’t have the paperwork.

I get in and out no problem the staff are always helpful constantly generous and nice about giving you information and helping you making sure that you get your packages out on time

They did get my puppy shipped from CA to VA with no problems. However, upon pickup they tried to give me someone else's puppy that was a totally different breed from my puppy so that greatly concerns me. They definitely have room for improvement in that area. But I also need to mention one of the workers was super kind and came outside with a gallon jug of water, paper towels, and rubber gloves to help us wash our puppy before we took her home because unfortunately she had soiled in her crate on the long flight (7 hours) and was a nasty stinking mess covered in pooh. I thought that was going above and beyond her job and we truly were grateful for her help.
