Long wait time to get loaded with cargo. No restrooms or vending for drivers. Forklift operators don’t seem to care to load you in a timely manner. 2 hours in door and still hasn’t started to load me. I’m estimating another 2 hours. So be prepared to burn your clock here.

Long wait time. Didn’t care about our questions and concerns and even denied our over 1 hour wait time which was registered and shown in their system. Also barely answer any questions. And didn’t know how to work. The printer was out of paper and it took him 10 minutes to figure that out! Went there over 3 hours before our flight and barely were able to make it to flight due to the super slow processing

The service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes to be seen, we needed one more paperwork to be signed by the veterinarian and because of their poor time management, we had 45 minutes to get this done before the cut of time. Fortunately we did it with 2 minutes to spare. Our Dog Ginger would not have been able to fly. Better staffing and better executive decision making would have made our time less stressful. The was enough staff they choose their break over our flight deadline. Considering we were the last pet they had to check in.

Not to bad picking up herejust fund a open door get in it then go in check in then go watch them load your truck

Walked in and was immediately brought to my two dogs that were just flown in. All the employees were happy and eager to help us. They even helped me disassemble my crates so they could fit in my car AND helped me put them in my car!! It was such a relief to have the end of a stressful move met with such amazing service. I didn't get any photos during the pickup because it all happened so fast and diligently.

We shipped our dog through Cargo, and Steve was amazing! We followed the path to the right of the main building to the Customer Drop Off doors. After we did the paperwork, Steve was in the warehouse side, and he was professional, quick and experienced with the process, and we felt confident that he would take good care of our pup. So very grateful for him and all those who took great care of our pup prior to the flight!
