As Admiral’s Clubs go, this one is one of my least favorite. It is located near gate A19, so it is convenient for most of the flights that I take, but it is often crowded and understocked. Food items run out and are not refilled, And the food areas tend to be sort of a mess. The only place to get even a soda is at the bar, which is small and often has a line. Why? Why don’t they just put in a soda machine so that we don’t have to wait five minutes just to get something that we could get on our own in five seconds? There is maybe half the amount of seating in this Admiral’s Club as in most of the ones that I go to. Other locations in the Phoenix airport are better, so if you have a choice, don’t go to this one. The only thing I can say in their favor is that while it is often crowded, they almost always continue to let people in. This is one gripe that I have with other airport lounges, like the American Express lounges, where, even if there are many tables that are completely empty, they will keep people waiting outside for half an hour or more, which is very annoying if you want to just go in and grab something quickly and then head to your gate.

I had an extremely early departure from Phoenix recently. I was so happy to see the cheerful and happy faces of all the employees in this AA Admirals Club. I didn't expect them to be open so early, but they were. The entire staff was pleasant first thing in the early AM. That takes a lot of professionalism. Thanks so much!

Terrible customer service, zero compassion for their loyal customers. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, always visit the admirals club when I fly. At the phoenix location, flying with our 5 kids, our flight was delayed. terminal B’s club refused entry refused entry without us paying a day pass. Stacy was the attendants name and her attitude towards customers is horrible.

Smallest Admirals Lounge I’ve visited. Nice enough but limited space, thus it can feel quite busy, fast. Restroom space is limited, too. Standard food options. Cost is up considerably for annual pass, as well as day passes. During busier travel times, perhaps worth avoiding.

I’m thankful for the lounge but it was tiny. It was clean and staff was attentive to visitors and maintaining the foods/drinks. But it’s so small that all it takes is a couple of loud oblivious talkers to make it unpleasant. So noise cancelling headphones is needed if you are sensitive to noise level.
