This Admirals Club is a little bit better than the other one here, but it still has its issues. It is small, albeit a little bit bigger than the other, and can be incredibly overcrowded at times. People pull chairs from the seating area and just set them up near the door opposite the people that are checking people in. This Admirals Club has a guacamole cart, making fresh guacamole to order. I don’t know what time it operates, but it is usually kind of in the middle of the day. It is not there in the evening. A lot of the food runs out because there’s so many people, so it is not nearly as relaxing as a lot of the other Admirals Clubs in other airports, which are larger, far less crowded, and better stocked. The bar area is nice, but it too, is small Overall, I would go to a different lounge if I had the time, but this is the only one in this wing of the terminal and it’s not worth walking to the next wing, to see if that one is less crowded because it probably will not be. If I really had a lot of time to kill I go to the Chase lounge but that’s a ways away.

The American Airlines Admirals Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is conveniently located above Gates A7 and A9, accessible by taking the elevator to the 3rd floor. This lounge offers a relaxing environment with snacks, ideal for unwinding while waiting for your flight. You'll be welcomed by a friendly representative at the counter upon arrival. One of my favorite features of Admirals Clubs I’ve visited is the glass wall that provides a great view of planes taking off and landing. The club offers complimentary Wi-Fi, along with a variety of food and drinks. I visited during the evening hours, and they had a selection that included a cheese board, charcuterie, naan dippers, Southwest chopped salad, and crudité with cucumber and carrots. They also served street corn esquites, Baja shrimp tacos with warm flour tortillas, vegan mushroom broth, and vegetarian minestrone. In the pastries section, they offered a mixed berry lemon bar, a peanut butter stack, and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. A coffee station and fountain soda machine are also available. Additionally, there’s a full-service bar, a business center, plenty of seating, and well-maintained restrooms. The lounge also features flight status monitors for easy updates on departures.

Lots of space but can become pretty crowded. The one I am reviewing is in terminal 4 near the B4 gate. The bathrooms are clean and it is always nice to get the complimentary hand made guacamole! Nice desserts and quality espresso and steamed milk as well as a fully stocked bar. Sparkling wine is extra.

Not a bad lounge to visit when we fly AA. Food is good but premium liquors are not included.

At this point DO NOT BUY ONLUNR ONE DAY PASSES! American is being criminal. They won’t refund you your money and will say the lounge is at capacity! This is a photo I took when they said it. I have tried over 3x to use my one day pass I bought online. In addition contacted customer service with nothing!

I didn’t actually get to use the admirals club. But Kayla was super nice! We were at Sky Harbor terminal 4 looking for food and she was charging her phone. She saw us looking and asking each other questions and she was super helpful in guiding us to food. We wanted to find food before security. Keep her! She embodies what a person in customer service should be.

more people than places to sit, food is meh, the complimentary drinks aren’t worth it. It cost $79 & I am honestly floored that people think this is a good value. standing room only.

The AA Lounge by Gate 7 delivered something I never expected to find between boarding calls — Sicilian chicken. Yes, you read that right. And not just any chicken — tender, perfectly seasoned, and photo-worthy (I actually took a picture). If this dish is a regular feature, I may start scheduling my layovers around it. Beyond the food, the lounge layout is great for business travelers. The single, high-backed chairs offer just enough privacy to catch up on work or zone out with a drink while feeling mildly important. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and the espresso machine doesn’t disappoint. In short — if you’re lucky enough to be near Gate 7, skip the food court and head straight here. Bring your laptop, your appetite, and maybe your camera — just in case the Sicilian chicken makes another appearance.
