The people are great! I there were a few more options, there’s not even hot chocolate . .. but it’s nice comfort. They have lots of plugs everywhere, which I love.. I wish that they actually had a recliner or a sofa. I could sleep on. They only have chairs.

Stopped by the Admirals Club at Gate 15 in Terminal D during a layover at MIA and had a great experience. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The lounge was a bit crowded, but I still found a comfortable place to sit. Everything was clean and well-organized. The highlight for me was the live guacamole station — fresh and delicious. I’ve included photos and videos of the food options, bar area, seating, and the Coca-Cola fountain machine. A solid lounge overall!

The Quiet Zone at the club near Gate D30 is located by to employee offices, where staff frequently open and close doors and create noise. It’s nearly impossible to get any rest or quiet during a long wait for departure.

Had a great experience at the Admirals Club! The staff was welcoming and professional, the lounge was clean and quiet, and the food and drink options were solid. A perfect spot to relax and recharge between flights. Definitely worth the visit!

The American Airlines Admirals Club is the perfect way to make travel feel first-class from the moment you step inside. The lounge is spacious, comfortable, and a welcome escape from the busy terminal. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, attentive, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. The seating areas are thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room to relax, work, or recharge. Cleanliness is top-notch, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere compared to the chaos outside the doors. What really impressed me, though, was the food. They had a make-your-own taco bar that was fresh, fun, and delicious — such a great touch that elevated the entire experience beyond the usual lounge snacks. Between the comfortable amenities, excellent service, and surprisingly great food, the Admirals Club made my layover feel like part of the vacation rather than a wait. This is exactly what a premium lounge should be — worth every star
