No cleanliness and horrible attitudes and customer service. On a flight from Milwaukee to Dallas. I arrived at my seat to find a pile of salt or sugar or some white granulated substance all over my seat. No biggie I just took a few minutes to brush it off, and I say few minutes because it was stuck in all the crevices of my seat. Next as I sit and get ready to prepare for take off I noticed a disgusting booger right next to my window. I flagged down the flight attendant to ask if the plane was cleaned before we bored and informed her of the seat and the disgusting booger on thw wall next to my window and said she would bring a napkin. Well she comes back with a napkin and tries to hand it to me to clean off this biohazard to which I reply I'm not cleaning that and she's says "well then it's gonna stay there" rolls her eyes and walks away. Not only is this a disgusting and unsanitary environment the young lady had a disgusting and unprofessional attitude. Adam this was all in my FIRST CLASS seat row 3 seat F. I've attached photos of the young lady that was unprofessional and a picture and video of said biohazard.

The staff is great. Lorraine handled the last minute issues, and was incredibly competent. Their app is garbage. When my flight was delayed and had to be rescheduled 1.5 hours before departure, they did a genuinely good job finding a flight at the perfect time. They did not have the ability to ensure my luggage arrived, though. I had to ask Lorraine to handle it, which she did. The app also had troubles refreshing to show me the new flight- I had to call and ask to get it fixed. Which is frustrating considering how much they push their app on you. All in all, I'm gonna go Delta from now on. Delta's app is super useful, and never had any issues updating. Kudos to Lorraine, though. 10/10.

I experienced a day of travel with American Airlines on 1/21/2024. Partly due to weather and with a few mechanical breakdowns and some really lousy advice from their gate attendants, what should have been a 3-hour flight to Milwaukee turned out to be a 15+ hour day, and only because I chose to take a $108.00 Uber ride from Chicago to Milwaukee. Upon my complaint, they offered me a $25.00 voucher for the inconveniences. Based on their poor operations, inept gate attendants and terribly poor customer relations, I would highly encourage anyone thinking about using American Airlines to NOT do so.

American airlines sucks. Our flight attendant literally made us hang up with customer service after it took two hours to get someone online. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER AIRLINE. SERIOUSLY.

05/28 2024 milwaukee to ord. 1.30 afternoon flight delayed like 3 and half hours due to some tire issue so they end up change the new tires the funny part is they found this after passengers boarded the flight. That's sounds not real. If this flight flown from somewhere and doing the maintenence check make sense but this flight just come out of the shed and they are doing maintenence check after boarded all the passengers not sure how safe this is...... Still I'm inside the flight still the flight not departed becz of another rain excuse..... Feeling so pissed..
