This is more about DIA Terminal East parking: it's easiest if you park on the roof or can find a reasonably close parking space in the whole parking lot. It's easiest to get to the terminal this way.

American Airlines is the absolute worst airline ever. Rude customer service - nothing but delayed flights and excuses. Literally have been delayed multiple times over multiple days. Now stuck at DIA for 7 hours with two small children.

American Airlines stranded us in an incredibly small town. They waited until after 5 PM, when the rental car companies close in this tiny town, to cancel our flight, leaving us with no way to find food or a place to stay. The airport is also so small it was completely shut down (TSA and all), so having dinner there was not an option. Stranded and hungry. Thanks, American Airlines. We will never even consider booking you again.

If you’re looking to save your time and avoid a frustrating experience, steer clear of this airline. The service was appalling, and the staff was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, the flight was delayed by a whopping six hours. I had to personally request food and drink vouchers, and they only gave me $12 per person. I strongly advise against using this airline.

I am not making this up. Confirmation code: LXRTLB AA changed a perfect flight plan to an unaccepted one which requires me to stay at an airport overnight. When I require them to cancel and refund it, they chose to issue a credit which expires in a year. The Case ID: 733152. Stay away from this POS airline.

Can’t express the level of disappointment that this airline keeps delivering…. This would be a review that truly deserves a minus 5 stars rating if anything… Our flight had to be diverted to a different airport due to mechanical issues mid air (no problem there… this things happen, and better to be safe than sorry..) But… The initial estimated amount of time to get us back in the air was 20 minutes… OVER 20 hours later, the airline kept on delaying the flight, instead of canceling… I guess it looks bad, or has some kind of adverse impact if they cancel their flights… so they rather keep you waiting, lying to you, put you in a hotel, only to keep in lying the next day… Costumer service (over the phone) was also unable to help us, since Tempe flight was not cancelled, was only showing delayed… We ended up buying tickets with Delta airlines at the same airport. After we had arrived to our final destination, we kept on observing through the app how the flight just kept on being delayed, but never cancelled. A TOTAL SHAMELESS ACT THAT BROUGHT NOTHING BUT DISGRACE TO A ONCE GREAT COMPANY. Needless to say, I try to avoid flying with American Airlines as much as possible…
