Wow !!! I couldn't have imagined it could be so bad. They dropped the ball with an over 20 hour delay. They lied to me about getting private transportation to a good hotel. I was packed into a sweaty van with 20 other unhappy people and no one would tell us where we were going. About 90 minutes later I arrived at a hotel where I couldn't get anything to eat because of the spices and black pepper and couldn't even get a cup of coffee. This place would still be a sin if n they were paying me. So far American airlines has refused to offer any compensation for ruining a vacation on some seniors. Good luck be ware !!

If I could rate them with a negative number I would. If I treated my customers how I was treated I would be fired on the spot. It is disgusting how they treat their clients. I will be pulling all my business from them and encouraging everyone I know to do the same.

Flights delayed and or cancelled with no one to help at counters...neither at Boston Logan airport nor in Miami! I just the terrible critiques that are running all around the news today concerning American Airlines are well-founded... So much for America first!

I habe a nut allergy and they were very nice about making a announcement for the flight and allowing me to pre board

AA BOS was very accommodating today. The ticket counter agent quickly updated me to an earlier flight. Although the TSA guy was yelling about those real ID's, the line moved fast. I had my small cross over bag, so the gate agent had me pull over to stick it in my purse because that would have been 3 carry owns. I got an exit row seat and window seat. So I had my shade open the whole time looking out the window between nods.
