    Poor handling and terrible customer service from American Airlines after my flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connection in Chicago. There was only one agent assisting all the affected passengers, and after a short while, she simply left claiming her shift was over, leaving everyone stranded. Her supervisor and the baggage staff were arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, absolutely zero customer orientation. We were left overnight in Las Vegas with no food, no hotel accommodation, and no transportation assistance. It was a disgraceful experience for an airline of this size. After arriving at my destination over 16 hours late, I had to deal with American Airlines’ online claims team to request reimbursement for my expenses and compensation — neither of which has been handled properly. They only partially refunded my expenses and refused to offer any fair compensation. The $50 travel voucher they sent as a “gesture” is frankly an insult after such a chaotic and stressful experience. As a professional in the travel industry, I can confidently say I will never book or recommend American Airlines to any of my clients. Their lack of accountability, poor management, and non-existent customer service are simply unacceptable.

    It was a pleasure flying out of Vegas this time. The flight left on time. No delays or cancellations. No bad behavior by any passengers. Friendly flight attendants. No crying babies or toddlers. Arrived back in Miami almost an hour early. Awesome! Now, let's review what needs improvement. 1. Lack of leg room is atrocious! I'm 5'6" tall, and my knees were cramped against the seat in front of me. I have painful arthritis in both knees, and I need to stretch my knees often. But I can't. How do men or women over 5'8"- 6'4" manage to get comfortable in that tiny cramped soace? Sitting that way for hours is torture. 2. This was a 4+ hour flight. We had a Sprite and were given a teeny tiny bag of miniature pretzels to eat. That's it. 3. There were no TVs on the backs of the seats. Looking at the airline magazine takes 15 minutes. It's difficult to fall asleep when your knees or back or hips are hurting constantly. A TV would help the situation to take your mind off the discomfort. Hence, the 3 stars. All those million$ that the airline companies make could go towards some remodeling of the interiors. It's not just AA that has this problem.

    My flight to Dallas ft worth and on to Las Vegas was absolutely perfect. The weather was nice and sunny, every 1 on the plane was nice people, i looked around a few times and every one on the plane was asleep, so that tell you alot. Thanks American airlines for a wonderful flight that will always be memorable

    The flight crews were nice and professional. The airport ground personnel in ROA Roanoke airport and CLT Charlotte Airport left some to be desired with CLT telling us that laptops with lithium batteries can go under the aircraft in cargo. Need to verify that change for sure, lithium batteries in any form in a cargo hold of an airborne aircraft can be quite dangerous, depending on verification of serviceable status, or leaking.

    I recently went on a work trip, via AA, and the flight was delayed. The flight was offered a voucher if they would opt to take another flight. I was the first one to the podium. I took a flight to a different city/airport and got home many hours later. After I was handed the ticket, the agent said, that I needed to hurry to catch my flight, and when I asked about the $500 voucher, she said she was new and didn't know how to request it, but assured me that she would follow up with the customer service line, as did the agent next to her. I got on the flight, and got home late. When I requested follow up from the customer service they offered $150 voucher, and then didn't credit even that to my account. What a shame this airline is, I will pay more for better service.

    The crew on the flights in and out of LAS were great. The boarding process on my way out was so efficient and quick that we were able to take off 5 minutes early, which helped lead to us landing back home 30 minutes early! The flight attendant for my cabin was great too! Very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The food and drink on board in first class was very nice. As always, AA is the way to go!!
