Worst Airline in America. They should ground all their planes and fix them before they schedule them on flights.

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. American Airlines tried to give me and my wife 600 each to change our flight back from our honeymoon. When we declined, we were bumped from our connecting flight to Phoenix. Then the next flight was delayed 4 hours. The whole time, I sat on the floor watching and recording the staff laughing at the situation we were in. Saying comments like we'll look like someone's staying. Or getting a ton of hotels tonight. I have two disabled children and needed to get home to them. One American Airlines customer service rep at the airport actually told me to try another airline. American isn't very good. I emailed American and called to get some answers. I was sent a generic email saying thanks for my money. When I called, they said all they do is ticket reservations. In the end, I had to pay another $100 to get home the same day. At least the agency watched the kids till midnight when we got home. Originally, we were supposed to be home at 430pm. But man, I gotta tell you. I. Heard over 100 times them trying to sell me their American airlines credit card for 70,000 in points. Maybe they should spend more time caring about their customers than trying to make money off of them. Because we used 45000 points on our honeymoon trip and they could care less. Fly with someone else. Save your money and protect yours and your families well being.

If I can leave no stars, I would. Disrespect their customers by (outside the flight being late) waiting on the plane for over 2 hours after it was already late. I took an earlier flight just in case I missed my flight due to where I'm going they have a small airport (so not many flights ) I'm on tarmac and ended up missed both flights. So for this company to collect millions of dollars. You can't offer complimentary hotels for your customers that missed their flights due to no fault of their! Disgusting how you treat your customers! And I have to be in a wedding tomorrow. Oh for a major airline didn't even have NO FLIGHTS TO CALIFORNIA AT ALL!

I had first class seat, but when put on another flight, I was put in the cabin. I heard crew say they were going to say there would be "TURBULENCE," so no inflight service. We watched the flight attendants serve the first class, where my seat should have been, and not serve the cabin. I asked for a beverage for the flt AA1568 CVG to DFW 2hr and 4 min flight on 12 September 2023. I was told no due to "TURBULENCE," which we never encountered. The flight attendant also said she had to pick up first class glasses, but never did while they sat and enjoyed their beverages. I know pilots and flight crews. They do this tactic to keep from serving, especially after a long turn, when they can have a " NIGHT OUT" before the flight. Have a look at the photo attached. Arguably one of the best airlines. Flight attendants, pilots and airport staff are polite and professional. Seat comfort is good. Check in process is fast and simple. Would recommend.
