My trip to Columbus was changed NY the airline so We only fly to Phoenix. I have tried to get it corrected but can't speak to a person and have not gotten any indication that it has been changed. The local office also allows me any phone number. If someone actually reads this soon, I need NDZUNG AA 4940 from Yuma to be extended to Columbus, OH.

I arrived at 6:08 AM. Waiting in line and then I was told that I was late. I was told the cut off time was at 6:05 AM. Three minutes! How disappointing is this. If. I was rich or famous this would be different. Pretty sad that a small airport like this is trying to be like a big airport airline. As much as it was a convenience to live close to the airport. Guess I will be driving to San Diego or Phoenix for new airlines.

Had a horrible experience today. We were traveling with a carry on bag, which we've used before with no issue. Checked into the flight no issues from the check-in agent with the bag. Went through TSA and they did not permitted the bag due to size. Had to take the bag back to the check in agent, where they proceed to explain it's too late to add the bag to the flight and due to their policies they cannot put it on a later flight. A 3 week vacation has now started with no cloths or basic essential. Thank you American Airlines for having me in tears before breakfast. I'm devastated. I also reached out to AA and they kept throwing me in circles before confessing they would not assist me and recommended I make a formal complaint with customers relations but there is no phone number only a complaint form for customer relations. So exhausted.

24$? That’s the refund I get for 1/4 of a 704$ ticket? I had to rent a car and drive 3 hours which cost a total of $137.90. As a frequent flyer of American Airlines I’ll make sure and take my business elsewhere If this is the compensation I’d expect to receive for the inconvenience AA has caused me. By my calculation I am owed the remainder of my flight 176$ as well as the rental car and fuel. For a total of 313.90. I was supposed to land at 10 pm. Instead I arrived in yuma at 230 am and had to work at 5:30. How is this acceptable business practice? I’ve made numerous attempts to contact you all to make this right

Horrible airline and customer service. Arrived at the airport 45 minutes prior to flight departure and was told I “missed cutoff time” and now the next earliest flight out is in two days. I’ve arrived at this airport 30 minutes before flight departure multiple times in the past and have never had any problems before. My customer service agent was a short stocky middle aged Mexican woman who was in a bad mood
