Has one of their flights ever been on time? Asking for a friend who claims they were on a plane that arrived on time back in 1995. That was the last time they weren’t delayed. Literally fly with anyone else, the rates aren’t low enough to justify using this airline. Later, they made me check my bag even though it would cause me to miss my connection- which is also delayed. Here are some photos of the open space my suitcase could have gone. Also, they changed the gate number twice. INCOMPETENT!!!

The worst airlines I've flown on besides spirit. Paid for Emergency seats,and the seats are too narrow and hardly any leg room. To top it off as the worst...the 1st airlines I've flown when the lost my bags. This was June 30th, guess they found them, as they sent me a email, but they still didn't deliver my bag, I have to go back to the airlines to fill out ANOTHER questionnaire to I guess finally get my bag. Which not only have my clothes in it but I have asthma, so it has my inhaler inside as well! Smh

Wanted to charge me $100 extra to check a bag that was 7 pds over the limit. C-R-A-Z-Y!!! BUT the lady at the counter was Super Cool help me rearrange my suitcase and made it so I was under the required weight I only had to take a few items out and carry on the plane instead of having it packed n pay an xtra $100. BUT they do charge $30 for any checked bag 50 pds n under.

If a zero was possible I would. A trip I had been planning for a year, delayed for 8 because the pilots were too tired from flying from Dallas to LAX. Irritating but fine. 2 hours before boarding they cancel the flight altogether. Thanks for making this trip a reason why I I'll never fly american again

Signed up for one of their credit cards and one of the perks was a free checked bags for me and up to 4 guests. They would not do it for me! I could rant but it’s not worth my time. In short American SUCKS! Also the people were rude!
