Nobody services the desks here in Palm Springs for American Airlines.. they have 7 people at the United Flights. What a joke. Line of people waiting out of the door.

We were bumped from our flight. That’s no fun but, really not a big deal. What was upsetting was the hours we waited in line while the American Airlines employees tried to figure out how to handle the situation. Where was the manager? Who knows?? No real explanation given as to why it took so long. At the very very least the (missing) management could have offered a little reassurance that we were going to be taken care of and possibly a few water bottles while we waited and waited… I wouldn’t recommend flying American to anyone. Their customer service is non existent.

Luggage delivered in the dark outside. Black numbers on a dark red paper imposible to match. Walked off with wrong suitcase. No one checks to be sure you don't have someone else's. No one to talk to on the phone the next day. Zero customer service.

No communication, just delay delay delay. Do they care that they didn’t provide the service that was promised? No, they’ll charge you extra if they find the opportunity. You’re stuck here?? Good! Purchase some overpriced junk while you are trapped here. Why does air travel have to be so terrible?

First departure time 6am. Then rescheduled to 3pm. No reimbursement for another rental so I pay $150 to rent a car for a few hours to kill time. Return it and check in again. They delay it until 6pm and then 8pm. The manager gave us $12 food vouchers that didn't cover the cost of a meal in the airport (the only place they could be used) and was SO rude. The staff were nice but she was so rude. Ill have been awake for 24 hours by the time I make the destination for my 3 hour flight. Myself and family won't be flying American Airlines any more
