As someone who usually flies American Airlines for personal and work travel, every experience has been positive. The staff are really friendly, helpful, and efficient. Most of the flights I've taken on AA were on time. They make the experience really easy. If you are nice to the staff, follow the instructions, and fly with a positive attitude, they are more willing to help you if a problem arises. American Airlines is my preferred airline due to how nice their staff are, they are on-time for the most part, and is easy.

Some of their agents are great but some are racist and take it out on their travelers. I was prevented from flying because of racial profiling, my ticket cancelled after 3 delays. They denided their wrongdoing and took no accountability. Big corporations think that they can just get away with anything they want, but that is not the case. Your actions will have a reaction because everything is energetic.

My luggage was severely damaged, and the resolution process is completely unacceptable. Forcing customers to file claims in person is an outdated and deliberately obstructive practice. It’s clear your company is relying on this inconvenience to avoid accountability. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I will never fly with your airline again.
