They took my carry-on at the gate and proceeded to tag it under the wrong passenger name and send it to a whole different county. Not a single tinge of remorse with any agent that I spoke too, they all were cold and acted like this happens all the time. Will never fly again, avoid SFO AA flights at all costs.

AA customer service won over United Airline. Below was my recent experience with AA: On Jan 04, 2025, I flew from Delhi to Phoenix via Air India where Airline from Delhi to San Francisco was of Air India and San Francisco to Phoenix was of United Airline. But due to the delay of Air India arrival in San Fransisco, my connecting flight was changed from to Phoenix was changed from United Airline to American Airline. Staff of United Airline did not do my proper transfer in system and just asked me to go to American Airline counter of Gate B at Terminal 1. I struggled to checkin at American Airline counter as during my self checkin I was again asked to pay $350 for my luggage. This luggage price transfer should have been done by United Airline staff. Then this courteous lady from American Airline staff named as "Hasmin" coodinated with United Airline staff and helped me to get my luggage price transferred and smooth checkin. Such courteus acts decides who cares more about the customer and this act surely win 5 star from my side and turned me into a a loyal customer for AA

I was on a 5-hour flight from Miami to San Francisco and it was freezing on the plane. I asked for a blanket and they didn't have any to give except to first class passengers. This is what they think of the majority of their passengers. You are cold, so what?! Pay for first class next time and we'll give you a blanket. No thanks! I will never fly American Airlines ever again.

American Airlines is a terrible company that only cares about money! They also will lie to your face and tell you different stories if your flight is canceled and do everything in their power to not give you your money back or find you another flight. Most airlines aren’t great these days but american is at a whole different level.
