Terrible experience with American Airlines. They mishandled my baggage—one of the wheels broke off, making the bag unusable—and denied my repair claim three times. We also waited on airport to report this in person but no one was on the counter SCE airport. They also ignored my wheelchair service request, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive. This airline has no regard for its customers and runs on pure mismanagement. They truly don’t care. We have used American airlines for past decade, it is time to move to different airlines. Delta airlines treated us with respect and took care of requests with diligence. If I could, I would give them negative 10.

Oct 8 Flagship First Class to London Heathrow was AWFUL. In-flight entertainment WOULD NOT FUNCTION. Sleeping accommodations on this FIRST CLASS OVERNIGHT FLIGHT WERE DREADFUL. Food was mediocre. When I tried to use AA'S OWN WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN I GOT THE RUNAROUND! IM TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Returned on BA and the difference was like NIGHT AND DAY. Food was spectacular and sleeping accommodations on THIS FIRST CLASS FLIGHT we're EXCELLENT. SHAME ON YOU AMERICAN AIRLINES!!!!!! I've NEVER flown first before and I saved FOR 6 YEARS for this trip!

You know the employees are wonderful. Counter. Stewards. But they first changed planes so lost my legroom. Couldn't make departure time so I missed two connections to get home. Rebooked me to Lansing so I rented a car online. Then changed that flight to the next morning. So I had to rent a second car at O'Hare and drive the 3.5 hours home in the middle of the night. Fly Delta when possible.

I had a long time without traveling with American Airlines. Until today after a 6 hour flight I realized that they have everything to be number 1, but they need to improve 100% customer service, the employees are disconnected from the company culture and customer experience. I hope you guys get better on that, wishing you the best.✈️

my flight got a delay and the company decided to change flights and making me wait 6 hours at the stop connection, the agent in the counter with a bad attitude just kicking every body telling to get answers at the other counters with other agents (and they kicked me back to the first one i was) or go all the way out and buy another flight. This is ridiculous. How in got you can make a plan if this shitty company always delays and mess up with the schedule.

My flight to Las Vegas was delayed by six hours, a change I only discovered after arriving at the connecting airport. I was eventually able to secure a seat on the second-to-last available flight, and later learned that the original flight had been cancelled. It was a stressful experience, and I nearly had to spend the night at the connecting airport. However, I truly appreciate the assistance and support provided by the customer service agents during this time. Customer Service: 4/5 Overall Service: 3/5 On-Time Performance: 3/5
