⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience flying with American Airlines out of Ontario, California! Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff at the counter were super friendly and helpful. Security lines moved fast, and the gate area was clean and comfortable. Boarding was organized, and the flight crew was professional, courteous, and made the whole trip feel smooth and stress-free. My flight left on time and arrived early — can’t ask for more than that! I’ll definitely be flying American out of Ontario again. Highly recommended!

The last remaining supervisor at the American counter here charged us for our car seat because we put diapers inside of the car seat she said “well it seems pretty packed” and we told her we put diapers in it and when we were departing out here it wasn’t an issue. She didn’t even give us an opportunity to remove the diapers. I get why they laid off so many supervisors and managers — because people would rather fly with other airlines than be yanked around by American Airline employees and policies. Be a human and stop pushing customers elsewhere.

Ontario airport is nice but taking AA to come and leave here was awful. Coming was delayed for over 6 hours with connection at Charlotte, getting out of here was even more comical - over 9 hours delayed I am still sitting at the gate waiting - flight delayed, crew fatigue, gate agents not showing up, on top of that, limited communication and very inpatient attitude! No more AA flights for me!!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with American Airlines on 7/28/25 and seriously doubt I’ll fly with them again. My original flight was suddenly changed with the claim I’d miss my connection due to a delay. But when I called Chase Travel, they told me the flight was still operating—just 30 minutes late. Why lie and change my itinerary without my consent? That’s unacceptable. Thankfully, Chase was able to rebook me on my original flight. Then came the chaos at Ontario International Airport. My flight wasn’t listed at either gate 410 or 412, so I had to guess where to go. When I finally reached the correct gate, the older gate agent was rude and dismissive—not just to me, but to my 4-year-old son. Her tone was hostile for no reason. The other agent wasn’t any better. Between the dishonest rebooking and rude staff, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. I expect better communication, honesty, and basic respect—especially when traveling with a child. American Airlines has lost my trust.

Me and my wife with 9 month old baby waited till last minutes to get the boarding pass. We have got the seat separated . Waited till last minute to boarding.
