Wow, AA has sunk to a new low to squeeze more money out of you. I have their credit card and they charge you 35 dls baggage fee for international flights but no fee if it is a domestic flight. What sense does that make. All my other airline cards waive your baggage fee but not this bunch. I will cancel their card real soon. Why even bother with their card if they can't waive a baggage fee 🤮

If you need an on time flight, pay extra and use anyone else, and I mean anyone. I fly American often for work and one thing you can always count on... a delay. The worst part is that they act like it's just part of doing business and could care less how it impacts you personally. I pray for more airline options in the near future. Thats the only way they will fix their problem or go out of business.

Hi AA , You have direct flights from NYC to Delhi ( India). Why don't you have the same service from SFO to Delhi direct flight. In Bayarea Travelers to India is more than New york. Thank Geeta

2 flights leaving 1 attendee. 10+ people trying to leave. Everyone is late. Do yourself a favor and don’t book with American.

I booked my American Airlines flight months in advance specifically to ensure I could secure an aisle seat on the left side of the plane, as I have a serious knee issue that requires me to sit in a particular way. I selected a seat at the front of the plane for accessibility and comfort. Two weeks before my flight, I received an email notifying me that my seat had been moved to the back of the plane on the right side. When I called to address this, I was met with a rude and unhelpful representative who told me that “seats are never secure” and that passengers can be moved at the airline’s discretion. Despite explaining my medical situation and the importance of my original seat, I was offered no assistance, accommodation, or solution. I find this completely unacceptable. The purpose of booking a seat in advance is to ensure that passengers can sit where they need to for comfort, accessibility, or medical reasons. To be dismissed and treated disrespectfully is extremely disappointing. After this experience, I will never fly American Airlines again.

This is my 4th time flying with the airlines in the last 2 months. I'm military, so I don't get to choose what companies we use. My bags were sent to another airport on the first trip. I made a claim i have yet to receive a response. I waited at baggae claim until everyone left. I received no notifications on the app that my baggae was on its way elsewhere. On my most recent trip, my new bag was delayed and damaged. When I went in to make the claim, the attendant said that the damage wasn't visible, so he wasn't putting it in. I had to buy a cart because the wheel would completely stop and cause the bag to jerk. In frustration, I decided not to waste my time and claim it. My unit expected me to be there to teach, and 3 times in a row, I was late. Of course, delayed flights are a thing but 3 times in a row. (Leadership probably started to question my tardiness. The last trip was delayed, and once we finally fot on the plane, we had to get off because there were reported maintenance issues. The last thing you want to hear once you're already on.
