    I had a great experience flying with American Airlines! The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the trip. The plane was clean and comfortable, the boarding process was smooth, and everything was on time. I really appreciate their excellent service and will definitely fly with them again!

    Amazing staff service! They have called me 7times when I mistakenly thought gate 157 was where I should be while gate 155 was the right gate where I should go!!! Always read boarding pass, I almost missed my flight! Flight attendants were so awesome!!! Finally, got in the plane but Lisa (flight attendant is retiring this year 2025) helped me to find an empty space for my luggage & a seat that is $300USD more expensive than what I had paid for! Joan and Scott were so awesome that I had to take a picture with them! Whole staff were so gracious!!!

    Amazing service from American Airlines! I had a ticketing issue from British Airways (operated by American Airline)and almost missed my flight. Jacqueline at the counter never gave up—she explained my situation, made multiple calls, and even after boarding closed, worked with her manager to help me check in. Thanks to her, I made it on board. Afterward, Lisa (CSM) even called to confirm I was safely onboard. Truly outstanding teamwork and care. Grateful for the support—American Airlines has earned a loyal customer!

    American Airlines at LAX is the worst. Worse than Spirit. Terminals 4-5 are outdated, hard to navigate and few food options. I walked to terminal 6 which was a good half mile without leaving security. Glad my frequent flyer is with Delta, not American

    I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with American Airlines that has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience and caution potential passengers about the subpar service provided by this airline. My grievance stems from the gross mismanagement and lack of transparency during my recent flight with American Airlines. Despite my ticket clearly stating Gate 52G, there was no mention of the passengers having to take a bus from the gate to the airplane. This lack of information caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. To my dismay, upon reaching Gate 52G, I found out that the bus had already departed without any notification or announcement. The airline staff informed me that there were no additional buses available for the next 20 minutes, leaving me with a mere one minute left before the boarding process was set to commence. The entire situation was incredibly stressful and disrespectful of passengers' time and well-being. American Airlines' failure to communicate these crucial details and their inability to provide a timely solution only exacerbated the situation further. Being told to wait and keep my fingers crossed for the next bus while risking the possibility of missing my flight was unacceptable and unprofessional. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and as a result, I vow never to fly with American Airlines again. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and indifferent attitude towards passenger satisfaction have convinced me that this airline does not prioritize the comfort and convenience of its customers. I strongly advise potential passengers to reconsider choosing American Airlines for their travel needs. The neglectful approach towards providing adequate information and addressing passengers' concerns is indicative of the overall subpar service provided by this airline. In conclusion, my experience with American Airlines was exceptionally disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale and encourages the airline to take steps to improve their customer service and communication practices.     LAX is always a struggle but my experience with the desk staff was just unbearable. I get it, it’s early. (5am) but this is your job so if you can’t even pretend to be pleasant, please let AI come for your job and find something where you can crawl back under your rock and not interact with humans. Believe me, I don’t want to deal with you either, but at least I was kind and pleasant. And I was not getting paid. Actually, I paid a premium as this was at the priority check in. So I paid to take crap from you. Also, to the woman who literally just stands at the beginning of the line (I assume to direct people/be helpful), do your bosses know you just stand there doing absolutely nothing except for being rude? Well, AI will have your job soon and thank god.
