My experience was a nightmare. They cancelled my flight to Key West due to mechanical issues and refused to book me on another airline. I came back next day and they booked me to a flight that connected in dfw but the gate changed. They tried to ft myers and lied and said it was only a 2 hr drive. I got frustrated and requested to return back to San antonio. Luggage took 4 days to arrive and I lost my resort fees and paid uber fees and they didnt even refund my ticked. I need someone in senior leadership to reach out to me immediately. This is unacceptable. Worse service ever!!! I'm out of a couple thousand dollars and zero refunds from American Airlines.

Easy to check in with the app. It’s the first of January 2025 and the departure is sort of calm. Seems to have a comfortable and smooth way to flight.

Disappointed. Never again will I use American Airlines! Customer service is very unprofessional and could careless about your situation that they caused. before you proceed with your payment, I highly recommend you triple check every single detail

This is in regards to Flight 2053 from SAT to PHX on 24 March 2024. All of the first class amenities were filthy. Including snack crumbs on tray tables and pull-out trays from previous flight(s). Felt like I wasted my money going first class.
