Cool clean theater restroom was pretty clean and nice they have an elevator for wheelchairs for ones who get seats high up. Helped us a lot with someone who has and knees instead of using the stairs we used the elevator. Everyone seemed pretty friendly the girl in the ticket booth looked kinda bored because most people bought their tickets online or used the electronic machines to purchase them but whenever someone walked up to her to buy a ticket she responded pretty good and gave them her full attention.

Only went here because the ratings where good. Went to see Minecraft, seats were nasty and not clean. One seat had popcorn all over it the other had a soda in it. Unacceptable, this is why I don't go to the movies in the 1st place because I wanna seat comfortable. I worked at the movie theaters as part of the cleaning crew and we had a team on standby for the popular movies just so we could hurry and clean it before the next time slot. Luckily, I bought wipes at the store and brought them with me. Do better cleaning wise.

I had a fantastic experience at AMC First Colony 24! The theater was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the IMAX screen was absolutely stunning. The sound and picture quality made the movie incredibly immersive. The seating was comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. First the positive, in the smaller theaters they upgraded the protectors to laser and the screen quality is great everywhere. But the IMAX needs to have its seating updated. No one wants to watch a film in a basic economy non reclining seats anymore.

They really need to work on their volume. I went there couple of times and even requested to adjust the volume and it's loud to a point where you can't sit for too long.
