We had booked tour by Deepti from Always On The Go for 6 days package tour of Amritsar, Dalhousie and Dharmashala. We had an excellent experience and very smooth journey throughout the trip. She had supported us right from planning the trip, booking the tickets, sharing valueable experience which helped us to plan our journey well. We had booked Shimla Manali tour with Always on the go. We had 3 star hotel booking in Delhi, Shimla and Manali. Delhi hotel Yash palace was not good as bathrooms were not clean and food taste and options available were average. In Shimla we had Mahaveer hotel booked and again the same problem as Bathrooms were not clean and food service was too slow and not much options in Dinner as well. Room was also too cramped. In Manali it was good experience as wild rose hotel room and bathroom were really good. Food was excellent and staff was also good with good parking facility. Driver provided for tour was good and had good driving skills but he needs to communicate effectively and can plan more site visit by properly planning the day.Due to overcrowded and snow fall we could not visit Solang and Rohtang was blocked We did enjoyed Snow fall in Kufri which was a good experience. Overall it was a good tour and we enjoyed but need to ensure hotel booking are done carefully which will ensure rooms and bathroom are clean and food is also tasty. Looking forward for next tour with Always on the Go
