Terrible experience with Almeda Travel. Agent Albert ignored my name repeatedly and mishandled my room booking request. We were left to sleep in a single bed despite requesting two beds and were told to get a rollaway, which is unacceptable for a high-cost vacation. Communication was poor and responses were delayed. Save your money and book elsewhere if you want a stress-free and professional experience.
