Customer service in Shreveport absolutely the worst. No consideration & not clear communication. Quick to tell you you missed a flight but slow to try to do anything to help solve. 0 stars.

It's secure and nice, you have a whole food area where you can just get something to eat. However delayed planes aren't fun (but I don't blame them really). I'd give it a 5 star if the plane wasn't late.

We have been flying to Vegas from Shreveport for years. They also offer direct service to 100 locations throughout the U.S.A., and as veterans we enjoy the perks they offer I.e. free checked luggage, and priority seating.

Try cleaning the plane between flights. Floor was incredibly dirty. Bags under seats in the emergency exit rows (I have never seen this before). Every other airline forces you to put it In the overhead for takeoff and landing.

Direct to Vegas is not worth it unless you have traveled a budget airline like Ryan Air or Spirit. Love your family and accept the layover in Dallas. It's worth it. OR.. Expect unhelpful to a fault ticket counter staff, 3$ for water, $3 for snacks, no closet for your dinner jacket, dirty bathrooms on plane, a flight crew that doesn't know how to turn on your reading light, an old Airbus 320 configured for max capacity and a flight crew more interested in sitting together in the front and chatting.
