Absolutely not worth it if you want to check in a bag. The bag check desk did NOT open 2 hours prior to the departure. It opened at 9 AM for a flight boarding at 10 AM. There were two people at 9 AM but by 9:15 AM, one of the two agents had to leave to mend the gate.

Absolute trash customer service. They cancel flights last minute and there is no way you can call their customer service because the number you call is always busy. There is never anyone at the front desk. They charge extra for literally everything, including a bottle of water while on the plane. I do not recommend flying with this company.

I just want to give a big thank you to Tanya P. our lovely flight attendant on Allegiant flight from John Wayne to Eugene on 6/12/2023, she was super helpful, very accommodating and great to talk with. Thank you Tanya for your exceptional customer service and for being so kind and friendly to a passenger who really needed it today :)

Awful experience. The flight was delayed today from 5:25pm until tomorrow at 10:30am. They refused to provide a meal voucher and said to call the customer service number. Customer service said they do that at the counter at the airport. The lack of customer service and lack of helpfulness is disappointing. Their online written policy states that for any delay over 3 hours, they will provide a meal voucher.
