I have flown Allegiant for years. Yes Allegiant is small and sometimes there are issues when a plane breaks down or something. But I have always found the airline to be exceptional in every way. Today I would like to give extra cudos. I was on a flight from Memphis to LA and was delighted by our flight attendant Charles, who made everyone happy by performing multiple really cool magic tricks. He was absolutely pro level and every kid (and adult) within earshot loved him. He made the 4 hour flight entertaining and fun and I would highly recommend that he receive a fat raise. And to Allegiant, thanks for letting your crew be humans and share this kind of talent! I will always be your customer.

Worst airline ever. All they care about is getting your money. I got a ticket for a friend and there are all kinds of hidden charges. He bought their trip flex and then had to cancel. They wouldn't honor this and he had to buy a whole new flight. He lost his $280 ticket. Their web site kept saying oops something went wrong, so I was forced to call customer service. I had to wait 1 HOUR to talk to someone!!!!! I said I wanted to change the flight and the representative said sure, that will be the cost of a new flight. I argued with him saying I paid for trip flex and would like this honored. He kept saying sure we will honor this, you just have to pay for a new flight. DON'T FLY this airline. It's worth it to pay the little bit of extra money for another flight

Itβs nice to have direct flights from Fargo to Sanford and other locations rather than having to layover at a hub but I hate how they nickel and dime you on seat assignments, baggage, and everything else they can. Definitely feels low class.

Allegiant needs to get it together. We booked our flight months in advance to Cali only to have it π€ changed for a shorter time. Only got to spend two days there. πͺ When I tried to extend my time, Allegiant wanted to charge me $400 just for me but was going to charge 3 of us $99 a piece. No thanks, I'll go home and book with another airline cheaper. All of this after you changed our return flight. Next time, I know to cancel the whole trip and book with someone else. Lesson learned.
