(Posting for my wife) Horrible experience... Recommend any other airline flying out of Tulsa because the staff is terrible and don't help with anything. My wife went to fly with our 4 children and was denied the flight. She was told she can only take 3 kids with her. She asked to speak with manager (But the manager was on the tarmac). After I drove to the airport to pick up my 10 year old son because he could not fly with them. We reached out to allegiant and was told by them " That is ridicules, you can fly with our own children" The stewardess also told my crying wife "That makes no sense" They have no idea what they are doing. In the end it cost my son a days vacation, He had to fly (assisted) through another airline and cost our family an additional $700.00 not including our time. Allegiant didn't give any refund and wont help. STAY AWAY

The worst airline would never recommend unless you have no other choice. They charged to print a boarding pass no water or snacks unless you pay and the flight attendant lose their cool not to mention the airline just kinda does what they want and values NO ONES TIME.

Took off late - Horrible service we waited over an hour for our luggage. We paid $25 a bag to check them and it takes that long to put them on the belt. Our bags were wet and filthy when we got them

You can't contact them and get any sort of response via chat, email or FB messenger. Phone wait time 2 plus hours if you get through at all. Requesting a refund is laughable.
