You get what you pay for. Our flight was delayed for 5 hours due to weather in a different state before finally being cancelled altogether. The next possible rebooking wasn’t for another 4 DAYS. Not enough planes and pilots. If something goes wrong, it goes really wrong. Don’t book here if your trip is important. They also told us that we had to “leave the terminal immediately” meaning go stand in the cold and figure out what you’re going to do. This last bit was probably the most infuriating out of all of it.

I don’t see the one listed at the Austin airport, which is my all time favorite airline. It is the absolute best airline I have ever flown, and I hope they continue to fly out of Austin to all my favorite cities. Although they have recently stopped going to a couple of them.
