Horrible people Six passengers sitting in traffic trying to get to Las Vegas for a weekend vacation. Fatal accident closed down freeway in both directions and it will remain closed all day. No reasonable side routes. Cheap tickets so we purchased Flex Fare to ease any foreseeable problems. Knowing there's no way to get to Vegas before our flight leaves, we call the help line and after 45 minutes find out we not only missed our flight, we also lost all our money. Our biggest mistake was falling for the lure of cheap fares, and believing Flex Fare would save us ANY kind of hassle. Hope they enjoy our 1,200 dollars, they'll never see any of us again.

This was the worst experience. We boarded, went out to the runway, only go to go back to the gate and deplane so they could fix the plane. So, I waited patiently. After a few hours the plane was "fixed", and we were told the flight attendant just needed to get there. So, I waited. Then the flight was cancelled. There were no options for rebooking or getting on standby on another flight, so we had to rent a car and drove 9 hours home. I will never fly this airline again. All of the Allegiant flights in LV were delayed, it was a madhouse.

It gets you where you want to go. The whole time the flight attendants were complaining about grievances and the worst part we waited over an hour for our checked bags to make it to the carousel in Vegas. If you are tall this is not the airline for you. Seats are far more cramped than any airline I've flown.

Bag check locations available near the north and west entrances with a U$20,00 non refundable charge and opened only for 90 minutes after the end of the events (games or concerts).

Ticket agent made us check our carryon bags stating they did not fit the size requirement even though I measured with tape measure per the sizes on website. Was not an issue at South Bend when we left. I witnessed and took pictures of other bags that were bigger than ours on our flight that were allowed.
