Las Vegas airport was great. However, I am a wheelchair assisted customer and while leaving Knoxville at 2:39 a very rude employee was short and harsh very unhelpful and pushy, needing me to hurry and board the airline. I sat in a wrong seat which then caused some more hassle although the flight attendants were caring and helpful. The man boarding us had me in tears though, leaving me feeling I never want to travel this airline again alone, made me feel very vulnerable. Bad experience, all because of one gentleman who obviously had a bad day and needed to take a 15 minute break in my opinion and regroup. Wanted to give a shout out to( Ms ) Destiny, she was kind and so helpful and comforting. She assisted me from door to gate in Knoxville. KNOXVILLE NEEDS MORE LIKE HER ON ALLEGIANT? COMPLETE ANGEL ON EARTH WITH THE HEART OF A SERVANT. BLESS YOU PRECIOUS!

I'm avoiding this airline at all costs in the future! Every time I'm on one of their flights it feels like it's delayed. Fix your planes do what you need to do to make it better. I can see an issue from time to time, but seriously every time I fly with you is getting ridiculous. I've got stories if you ever want to hear them all.

Absolute trash airline. I bought 3 hello kitty carry on’s, was charged 300$ for them, when no one else on our flight was charged, I wasent charged on the way to my destination but coming back home they want to charge me 300$, that’s more then all 4 round trip tickets I bought. trust me I asked multiple people with the same size bags. The bags fit fine within personal but these two allegiant staff members said that the wheels made is why I was being charged. I swear this airline just rolls the dice and picks a few people every flight to just ruin their day for their own enjoyment and the staff are rude and miserable. If there were negative stars allegiant would take the gold for crap service. Fly delta instead.

Commendation and my gratitude to the flight crew of Allegiant 126 from VPS to LAS. About an hour into the four hour flight, my wife experienced a medical emergency. The flight crew sprung into action, sought help from any medical professionals on board (nurse responded), and provided fluids and oxygen to keep my wife comfortable for the duration of the flight. They called ahead to have assistance waiting at LAS, checked on her constantly and showed great care and concern for her. It was evident this crew was well trained and provided a text book response. My wife and I are grateful to them, especially the one woman who took the lead. Shout out also to passengers in 24C and 25D for their care and concern.

On Monday November 4th, 2024. I went to the Airport around 8am to purchase a ticket at the counter for Allegiant Airlines. I had previously called and spoke with customer service over the phone to make sure I was able to do so on that day, and those hours as Allegiant Airlines only is allowed to sale over the counter tickets on certain days/times each month. As I stood in line like everyone else, it was very busy. As I finally got to the counter, i told the customer service representative that I would like to purchase a ticket. She stated to me that she couldn’t sale me a ticket because there are certain days/times which I was already aware of and I stated that to her. She proceeded to tell me that the line was very busy and she didn’t want to sell me a ticket. She then told me that I would have to go speak with the lead customer service agent. I walked down to speak with the lead and told her about the situation. Her name was Dorina. She then told me that she couldn’t sell me a ticket because the line was busy and I would have to come back another time. I told her that I stood in line like everyone else and came within the correct day and time frame to purchase a ticket. She then said yes, but it’s really busy or otherwise I can wait until the line was finished and then she can sell me a ticket. I told her why would I have to wait again, as I stood in line like everyone else. Just as first come first serve basis, I should have been sold a ticket. This was my first and worst experience dealing with Allegiant as I have previously purchased multiple tickets at the counter. I had no problems before until that day. So since it was as she stated “busy” I wasn’t able to purchase my ticket unless I waited after the long line or come back. I told her what was the difference in me coming back as the Airport Counter is always busy, when they are about to be ready to prepare for a flight. As a prior Airline Customer Service Agent, I know the policy and procedures. I am highly upset that this occurred, as well as a time wasted practice and inconvenience overall.

Today, on my 6 AM Allegiant flight from Vegas to Moline, the lead attendant charged me an extra $150.00 for my carry-on, which I found to be unreasonable. One of the items was a pillow, and she didn't even inform me that she was charging for it. Additionally, she processed my card without my consent for two items instead of just one. When I confronted her about it, she was rude and refused to call a manager, smiling as I pointed out her actions. I feel as though I was robbed, and this experience has led me to decide against flying with this company in the future. We even pay for upgraded seats on both flights and pay for 8 others for this trip. I will be going to highest level in charge on this lady in orange vest..
