An incredible experience with All Travel USA! From the first contact, the team was super professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They organized a trip to Punta Cana that exceeded all our expectations.

The service was truly excellent, even though some of the contacts were by phone because I live in Oregon and the agency is in Miami. The second part was directly at the agency, and the treatment and explanations were spectacular. First, we rented a car in Camaguey. The make and features were as agreed upon in the contract, although since it's Cuba, the car was a bit worn and was the only one they had. You had to take it or someone else would have to wait for a breakdown. The second contract was for three days in Varadero (Arenas Blancas Hotel). Everything was as agreed upon in the contract, though my daughter, who enjoyed it, arrived before the agreed-upon time and was charged $50 for each. For everything else, they say they enjoyed it a lot, especially the kids in the pool. The car was delivered in Havana, and they didn't have to fill up the tank. These were truly reservations where everything agreed upon was fulfilled, and we are very grateful. Congratulations to the agency and we recommend them 100%.
