Our trip to a destination wedding in Cancun was organized by Elly. What A fabulous job she did! She kept us informed, notified of us when things were due, and sent us detailed instructions prior to our trip. While at the resort, Elly made sure we knew wedding events and locations. She checked in on us often. The resort was fantastic. Staff there took good care of us. Our room was beautiful. And, the restaurants were great!

I had the pleasure of working with Elly on my most recent trip to Cancun! She booked everything we needed. The resort, the flights, the transportation to and from the resort to the airport. This was my first time traveling outside of the country and Elly took care of everything and had such great attention to detail there was nothing for me to worry about. She was great with quick communication and kept us updated during our stay to make sure we knew where we needed to be and when. She was wonderful and took such a huge weight off of us so we could just enjoy! She also has been to SO many resorts and traveled so much she’s not just your secretary booking your trip, she knows from her own experiences what is and isn’t worth your time and she will make sure you are taken care of! We’ve been using Elly’s services since 2013, when we first attended a friend’s wedding in Cancun. Her professionalism and warmth left such a lasting impression that we chose Elly again for our own wedding in 2017, and she made the entire process incredibly smooth. Elly is knowledgeable, attentive, and her eye for detail allowed me to personally welcome each of our guests upon arrival, which meant the world to me. Since then, several friends and family members have continued to rely on Elly for their own travel plans. Most recently, we booked a trip to the Royalton in Cancun with her, and once again, she made everything seamless. We do miss receiving the itinerary bags, they added such a special touch, but nonetheless, we’re excited to have her help us plan our next adventure.

What a fabulous destination wedding trip our group of 35 had in Cancun (Royalton Splash Riviera Resort). The resort was unbelievable with all the water rides/activities and the lazy river. The restaurants were top notch. We really enjoyed the Hibachi and Brazilian restaurants. Now for Elly...she was so professional/knowledgeable and didn't forget to cover not one item relating to our trip. From the shuttle service reservations ....to making sure we had the website to pay the departure Cancun tax ($15.00). She also got our travel insurance booked for my husband and I. We could not ask for a better more pleasant / knowledgeable travel agent to work with. Thumbs up to Elly!!!

We had the most wonderful time at Dreams Sapphire in Mexico for our daughter’s wedding. The resort was the perfect setting for our family and all their friends who came. I’ve never experienced friendlier staff than were at this resort. The accommodations were perfect, comfortable and clean. We had wonderful meals at several of the restaurants at this all inclusive resort. Our travel planner Elly was wonderful and kept us informed on every detail of our vacation from start to finish. The wedding planner and crew at the resort took care of every detail and it was perfect. Such a beautiful wedding, entertainment, service, meal, DJ, flowers etc. We couldn’t have been happier with the event. We will definitely recommend this place and our travel planner to anyone we know who’s looking for a Mexico vacation.
