Moved the gate without actually telling me when I checked in I was told gate 2 and it's on my electronic boarding pass.I was actually told by another person not Delta staff. They apparently had difficulty with a different flight. I think they should have announced the change more than once.I must have been in the restroom when they made 1 announcement, according to the other passenger who kindly informed me!

Overall the easiest airport I’ve ever been to. The pure simplicity its best attribute. It took me no longer than 6 or 7 minutes from getting dropped off, check in, and then getting through security. Staff was nice and the little snack shop was a huge plus. I’d highly recommend this airport vs any other airport in the area. My only complaint is that it only flies to charlotte and or Atlanta which both of those are bad airports in my opinion.

This is a small airport, but it is fairly new so it is beautiful, has very nice features like seating areas, greeting area, restrooms. Gift shop /snacks upstairs was ehhh. Would be nice if it was a lil bigger and showcased some Jacksonville NC paraphernalia. Very clean airport. The staff that I did find were very nice. But the parking is terrible. The lot is always full as everyone who is on a flight is parked in the spots. There's no handicapped spaces available. I had to park in the back gravel when picking up and dropping off a family member recently. There should be a short term and long term divided section.

Airport very clean and organized. Direction for passengers to read and understand were very clear. I wish the airport was bigger this way passengers don't have to switch plane just to made it to Jacksonville, NC. Albert J Ellis Airport gets a 10+ rating from me.

Albert J Ellis Airport is truly a gem! Especially if you are used to traveling, spending, plenty of time inside larger; crowded airports. The experience here is very nice! Clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The security is certainly not lacking & the Staff is great! My friends,make sure you ✔️ out the restaurants,if you are hungry, enjoy the excellent; delicious food....
