Flying out of Pasco from now on. Took my wife and infant son to the airport 50 min before the flight, nobody was at the ticket counter and Due to having an infant my wife was unable to check in on the app so we needed an agent to print off the boarding pass. We waited in line at tsa to try and get some help, tsa was very kind and tried to grab an agent to come back and help but they refused to help a mother and child. Boarding had not even begun and they still refused to do anything. Called Alaska to try and get some help but they were useless. I don’t wish bankruptcy on any business but this is unacceptable in a small community. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to go to pasco. More flight options and they actually care about their passengers.

Terrible online checkin system from Alaska Airlines; Checked in online day prior to flight, was unable to view boarding pass and was told from thier website to talk to an agent at the airport. Get to the airport an hour before flight other people in security line and no Alaska agent. TSA agent told me the Alaska agent also works the tarmac "one hour ish" before flight. Called the 1-800 number (on hold for 23 mins) and they had even confirmed I checked in and was unsure as to why I couldn't find my boarding pass. Come to find out later they gave up our seats. Additionally we were 3 fire fighters en route to fire support in Texas. TSA agents were sympathetic and tried to help as there was another individual outside our party woth the same problem. First photo shows the failed attempt to see boarding pass, second photo shows me confirmed in me seat location with name, flight number, and time of departure. Well done Alaska! Cheers

Just go to Seattle or Pasco 5:15am flight get there at 4:00am and cant check in nobody behind the counter and they say we have to rebook since we didnt check in online and check in closed.

Worst customer service and airport operations around the world! Honestly Alaska Airlines and the “TSA” employees should be embarrassed of their conduct and operations. After over 2,300 flights, this has got to be one of the worst ran airports in history! And that’s due to its Alaskan employees and their staff within TSA! Great job the both of you! I’m sure the city of Yakima would love to hear the wonderful job you’ve all be doing!
