I was in John Wayne Airport trying to find my gate after having our gate switched. The flight was close to taking off and we didn't know where to go. Although I did not fly Alaska, Katerina Anderson (from Alaska) took the time to help figure out where we were going and walked us all the way to our gate just in time. I will definitely be considering and recommending Alaska for future flights because of Katerina! Thank you for your help.

Adelle who was helping me to get on board early for disability was so kind and sweet. Alaska has never failed to make me feel welcomed and relaxed.

Love flying Alaska. They have a great fruit and cheese box to snack on featuring Tilamook and Beecher's.

Absolutely awful. Booked flight Orange County to Santa Rosa. They switched our gate/ plane and as soon as we got to new gate they informed us maintenance was on board. Our plane left to San Francisco and we sat for over an hour and a half. Bs. Then we got on a plane with no ac and sat boiling for over 35 minutes. I am not a frequent flier on Alaska and will only fly Alaska again if there is no choice. Should be illegal to switch planes for another place. If their plane isn’t working why do we have to suffer. Horrible.
