The flight that I ended up on the pilot was very experienced and had a very smooth going flight. None of my luggage got misplaced, all of the crew/ attendants had great customer service and all were informative. Only small complaint I would have is lots of the components like trays and chairs don’t get wiped down very thoroughly (due to quick turn over time for the next flight). Besides that I personally had a good experience!

Of every airline I’ve ever flown, Alaska has consistently been the best. That said, when I flew with them last, I accessed the tray in the armrest on first class and found filth that looked like the floor of a greyhound bus. Greasy, dirty and dusty. Not just disgusting but unsanitary.

They lose your suitcase for over 2 hours because it's still on the plane. Many suitcases were left behind on the plane. So many people were held up on their trips for a holiday weekend out of sheer laziness. I want to ask if they were going to compensate anyone for their time or efforts, you got a snarly face saying that's the best they can do.

After so many months of being cooped up during Covid, It was time for a trip. I had a wonderful experience on Alaska Airlines. First I noticed that Alaska Airlines had several attempts to help first check in. That was such a relief since I hadn’t flown in a while. The lines were not very long, and people were moving through pretty fast. After the TSA security checkpoint, I was able to head right to my seat. They had a short drink service with complimentary coffee and snacks. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. All of the employees were dressed well and eager to help with anything else needed. If you haven’t flown Alaska Airlines, I highly recommend it.

This woman bothered us so . At She should be ashamed. She was very rude. This woman was very rude. This men standing there and this girl don't do this kind of thing. They are rude. They should be ashamed.
