I flew this trip because it was short notice and the price was competitive. Service in the first class cabin was great. Will fly Alaska and join their miles program.

Huge fail for Alaska this evening. The first photo was taken 70 minutes ago on our final descent into PHX. The second photo is where we have sat for over an hour now on the tarmac. Our car is parked right across the street, but unfortunately there isn’t anywhere for the pilot to park our aircraft, so here we wait. We have been thanked numerous times by the captain for our patience, but mine has run out. This is such a shamble on a Saturday night. There has to be a way to secure an available gate for an incoming flight. Do better, Alaska!

Tiff is absolutely amazing. Great employee. I was going to miss my connecting flight in Seattle to get back to Kansas City. Tiff went to work right away, got me booked on American Airlines to catch my Alaska Airlines flight in Seattle. I made it back home to Kansas City thanks to Tiff. If not for her I would've been stranded. Thank you.

Called Alaska airline before checkin for flight to Seattle. The rep said will have an upgrade due ro my emeral status but when get to the gate they placed me in last row and last seat.
