Flew round trip Omaha to Seattle to Hawaii, requested wheelchair assistance for my spouse from check in to gate. All the staff were kind, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend this airline. Thanks for making this trip a pleasure!

Got there at 12:05pm to check bags and were informed we couldn't check bags until 12:30 because of lunch. Are you f**king kidding me?? There were at least 4 paying customers that had to sit around for 25 minutes doing nothing because nobody at Alaska was working. ... Imagine if this was any other business. "No, you can't check into your hotel room for 25 minutes because we're eating". Unacceptable.

Picking my daughter up from the airport. What was supposed to be just a pick up. Turned out to be a park sit and wait. Due to there lack of knowledge on there belt loader. Nobody should ever have to wait that long for the luggage. And plans for the rest of the day ruined because of it

Employee just hangs up on you when you call. Then shuts the phone off. There is nobody here to check bags. About 25 people lined up waiting for 30 minutes.
